At an early age Katelynn boldly chose a different path, earning her GED by age 17 to start building her future early. She hustled through a typical 9–5, saving every penny with one goal in mind: REAL ESTATE. Her tenacity and discipline paid off when she purchased and renovated her first property in Houston, Texas, walking away with a $30,000.00 profit and a passion more importantly, a newfound purpose.

Understanding that her vision couldn't be realized alone, Katelynn began assembling a talented and dedicated team grounded in trust, skill, and shared values. She knew the first place to start looking for talent was with family.
